What we have achieved at Lenovo Austria
Initial situation:
As a technology company, the employees at Lenovo have naturally also been confronted with the topic of artificial intelligence. It was important to Michael Neuhold, the Head of Indirect Sales at Lenovo, that nothing was left to chance when it came to forming a common understanding of the topic of artificial intelligence. The aim is to avoid the emergence of many different opinions and working groups within the company and the inefficient use of resources on the topic.
Target:
Within six hours, Michael Neuhold's team was to be introduced to the topic of artificial intelligence in an entertaining, interactive and exciting way. The aim was to develop and elaborate their own ideas for implementing artificial intelligence at Lenovo based on the knowledge they had previously acquired.
Result:
The participants were enthusiastic about the interactive workshop format sense. and a common understanding of the topic of artificial intelligence was formed. In addition, existing knowledge on the topic could be exchanged within the team and discussed away from day-to-day business. In particular, the relevance of the topic and the potential applications of artificial intelligence were made clear to every participant. They were able to try out the technology themselves live on site, so that the possibilities and current limits were experienced by each individual. In the end, Lenovo wants to base its strategic orientation on the insights and ideas gained and flound. will act as a partner in further development and implementation.
