What we have achieved with the City of Vienna
Initial situation:
As part of the city-wide talent programme of the City of Vienna, we organized a half-day aspiration module based on our workshop format alive. and was specially tailored to the needs of the City of Vienna.
In view of the rapid changes in society, particularly in the areas of digitalization and sustainability, the City of Vienna faced major challenges as an organization. These issues were not only important for the organization itself, but also for each individual employee. There was a clear need to engage more intensively with the megatrends in order to be prepared for future changes. With this in mind, the module was designed with a strong focus on the topics of digitalization, artificial intelligence and sustainability.
Target:
The main aim of the workshop was to give participants a comprehensive insight into the topics of digitalization and sustainability and to raise their awareness of global trends and their impact on the City of Vienna. The keynote speech was intended to encourage participants to think outside the box and engage with global developments that will have a significant impact on their work and life in the city. The workshop, based on"alive." flound. and adapted to specific customer needs, aimed to convey theoretical content in a practical way and thus make it more tangible, so that each participant could see the relevance of the topics for their workplace and the organization as a whole.
Result:
The workshop was received with great enthusiasm and active participation from the participants and received excellent feedback. The intensive discussion and high level of interest showed that the time available was barely enough to cover all the questions and discussion points.
The workshop enabled the participants to broaden their horizons and develop a deep understanding of the importance of digitalization and sustainability. Lively discussions and initial ideas for applications in their own working environment were generated. The success of the workshop underlined the importance of these topics for the City of Vienna and its employees and provided important impetus for future developments and projects within the organization.
